TUI to put London delisting to shareholder vote at AGM
Travel giant TUI announced its intention to begin the process of delisting from the London Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The Anglo-German company’s announcement came in response to considerations about appropriate long-term listing arrangements, as well as additional shareholder feedback.
It said the resolution was scheduled for discussion and a vote at the company's annual general meeting, set to take place on 13 February.
If approved, the UK delisting was expected to occur on 24 June.
