Tullett Prebon appoints Andrew Baddeley as CFO

Tullett Prebon has appointed Andrew Baddeley as chief financial officer with immediate effect.

He will replace Paul Mainwaring, who is standing down after nearly ten years as group finance director.

Baddeley was previously CFO at Lloyd’s-based Brit Insurance Group. Prior to that, he spent five years as group finance director at Lloyds’ insurer Atrium.

He held senior financial positions at General Re, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, while his early career was spent at EY and PwC.

Chief executive John Phizackerley said: “Andrew has almost thirty years' experience in the financial services industry and he will be a great addition to my team."

At 0812 BST, Tullett shares were down 1.1% to 332.30p.
