Unilever exec joins Genus board

Unilever financial controller Lysanne Gray has joined the board of animal genetics company Genus.
Confirming the move on Friday, Genus said Gray’s appointment to the board as a non-executive director takes effect from 1 April.
Prior to her current role at Uniliver, Gray was chief auditor working closely with the company's audit committee and before that chief financial officer of its global food service business.
A chartered accountant with a chemistry degree from Southampton University, Gray has considerable acquisition and disposal experience.
At 1615 GMT, shares in Genus were up 2.40% or 35p to 1494.00p.
