Vodafone to complete acquisition of Cobra

Vodafone said its acquisition of Cobra Automotive Technologies will be complete on Friday for €145m.

Vodafone said its acquisition of Cobra Automotive Technologies will be complete on Friday for €145m.

Vodafone will start off buying 95% of Cobra's share capital and then start proceedings to purchase the remaining shares which is expected to occur on 14 August.

Cobra will also be de-listed from the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) following the transaction.
