Cape extends Perenco contract

Cape, an international provider of industrial services to the energy and natural resources sectors, announces an extension and expansion of its current contract with Anglo-French oil and gas company Perenco in the UK.

The contract entails that the company will provide multidisciplinary industrial and support services across a number of Perenco assets in the Southern sector of the North Sea until 30 September 2017.

Magaing Director Simon Hicks said "We are delighted to increase our service offering and continue our valued working relationship with Perenco, who we have worked with for a number of years. We remain focused on operational excellence in the delivery of all our services."

The share price rose 1.07% to 212.25p at 1153 BST on Wednesday.
