Dragon Oil receives offer from Emirates National Oil

Dragon Oil has confirmed that it has been approached by Emirates National Oil Company in an offer for the remaining share capital of the company.

It added that there was no certainty a firm offer would be made and equally could not confirm the terms of such an offer.

The offer would incorporate the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Dragon Oil.
