Egdon Resources issues pre-notice of preliminary results to be announced in late October

UK-based exploration and production company Egdon Resources issued a pre-notice on Friday stating that its preliminary results will be announced in late October.

Results for the year ended 31 July 2017 were scheduled to be announced on Tuesday 31 October.

The company, which is focused on onshore exploration and production in the hydrocarbon-producing basins of the UK, said an analyst meeting will be held early on 31 October 2017 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
