Kibo Mining notes minor delay in gold projects' amalgamation

Kibo Mining said it expects the consolidation of its and Lake Victoria Gold Ltd's respective Imweru and Imwelo gold projects will be delayed by a further two weeks.
The delay from 30 June had resulted from a minor unforeseen delay in completing compliance and legal work on the follow-on definitive agreement.
At 12:26 BST, shares in Tanzania-focused mineral exploration and development company Kibo are up 4.88% to 5.38p.
