Lead All Investments appoints finance director

AIM-listed Lead All Investments has appointed Mehmet Ertan Ahmed as finance director.

In a statement on Thursday, the investment firm said Ahmed would be joining its board with immediate effect.

Lead All’s new FD has over 25 years' experience, including investment banking and prior finance office roles.

Additionally, Ahmed negotiated the acquisition of European Commerce Bank on behalf of new shareholders in 2014, and has since been responsible for overseeing the said investment.

At 1133 GMT, Lead All shares were unchanged at 1.25p.
