Malin Corp appoints new member to management team

Malin Corporation, an ISE listed global life sciences company, announced the appointment of Peter Schwartzman to the company’s senior team.
Schwartzman has 30 years of experience in asset and risk management under his belt with previous positions held at Alliance Capital Management, Moody’s investor service and J.J Kenny.
He was most recently managing director at BlackRock Financial management, the world’s largest asset manager.
His initial focus in the company will be to further refine the capital sourcing efforts and capital structure, according to the board.
The share price fell 2.2% to 13.2p at 1530 BST.
