Herencia Resources said it had received the second tranche of a recently arranged £0.5m loan facility. AIM-listed Herencia said the £100,000.1 tranche will support the company's working capital requirements until early May 2016, but there were no guarantees the company would be able to continue to trade after that time.

Non-invasive prenatal screening system developer Premaitha Health saw one if its patent disputes reach a new level early on Friday, as its competitor Illumina initiated infringement proceedings against Genoma - one of Premaitha’s customers - in Switzerland. The AIM-traded firm said it continues to believe that the patents held by Illumina are invalid and, in any case, Premaitha’s IONA test does not infringe them.

Niche venture capital provider B.P. Marsh & Partners confirmed a major disposal on Friday, selling its 49% stake in the Broucour Group to its founder and managing director Rupert Cattell for £341,000. The AIM-traded firm said the sale price was equal to Broucour’s most recent published valuation, and the outstanding loan of £330,000 will be paid in full.

GameAccount Network celebrated a major contract win on Friday, signing up one of the largest Native American casino operators in the United States to launch its enterprise-grade social gaming system, Simulated Gaming. The AIM-traded company said, following an extensive diligence process, GAN was selected for its GameSTACK Internet Gaming System.

Russian oil and gas company Zoltav Resources swung to a profit in 2015 as revenues jumped 41% to $28.1m despite a weak ruble against the dollar. Zoltav said it delivered its first positive earnings before interest after tax, depreciation and amortisation of $7.2m in the year to 31 December 2015, compared to a loss of $3.3m in 2014.

Public Service Properties Investments completed a large property disposal on Friday, leading it to hint at a capital return to its stockholders. The AIM-traded company had announced on 10 March that it exchanged contracts to dispose of its three remaining properties leased to the Marseille Kliniken Group for an aggregate gross price of €10m.
