YOLO, an AIM listed investment company focused on travel, technology and leisure, has announced that TVPlayer has signed an agreement with ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. YOLO invests in TVPlayer’s parent company Simplestream.

Richoux swung to a loss in the 28 weeks to 10 July as the company was hit by increased competition and the new minimum wage.The restaurant operator reported a pre-tax loss of £579,000 compared to a profit of £320,000 in 2015. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell to £0.28m from £0.79m.

Early-stage technology investor Vela Technologies issued convertible loan notes to certain shareholders to raise £400,000 for working capital and future investments.The loan notes were only made available to certain shareholders of the AIM-listed company, including one of its directors, Anthony Laiker, and are repayable on 30 September with an 8% yearly interest rate.

AIM-listed floor coverings designer, manufacturer and distributor Victoria said on Friday that it is on track to meet its objectives for the current financial year as it continues to make good progress in its key UK and Australian markets.The company said it has found no shortage of demand from its customers following the outcome of the EU referendum.

Botswana Diamonds updated the market on its ongoing diamond exploration campaign in Botswana on Friday.The AIM-traded firm said the campaign is part of the 50/50 joint venture between Botswana Diamonds and Alrosa, the world's leading diamond producer.
