Bond International Software withdrew its recommendation of the revised Constellation offer on Wednesday, and recommended improved terms for the sale of its recruitment software subsidiaries to Symphony, increasing the consideration to £19.4m. Multi-retailer gift voucher company Park Group has acquired Fisher Moy International, a corporate employee and customer engagement specialist, for an undisclosed fee after working with the company for over a year as an external provider.The AIM-listed company expects debt-free Fisher Moy, which will continue to operate under its brand name from its Buckinghamshire office, to be earnings enhancing in the first full-year of ownership.

AIM-listed Gooch & Housego, a manufacturer of optical components and systems, confirmed it had traded in line with full year expectations thanks to improved demand for industrial lasers and fibre-based products. Chief executive Mark Webster said the company was “well placed for future growth” after performing in line with expectations for the financial year, while remaining vigilant to global macroeconomic trends in its key markets.

West Africa-focused mineral exploration and development company Kodal Minerals announced on Wednesday that it has received the results of the wide-spaced surface geochemical sampling programme recently completed at its 100% owned Korhogo Project in northern Cote d'Ivoire. The AIM-traded firm said surface geochemical sampling has returned four new gold anomalous zones with assay values up to 92 parts per billion Au and strike lengths exceeding 3.5km.
