Support services company Marlowe Holdings has bought Titan Fire & Security, a provider of fire protection services, for up to £750,000. An initial cash consideration of £450,000 will paid with two earn-out payments of up to £150,000 after six and 12 months, when Titan Fire & Security meets targets.

AIM-listed gold, zinc and lead explorer Connemara Mining Company said it will start further drill testing at its Ireland mine. A drill rig will start further testing of the Springhall target within the Oldcastle block on the Meath/Cavan border in Ireland, which is prospective for zinc and lead.

Mobile management software company ServicePower Technologies won a $1m contract with a global insurer to deploy its workforce platform in its Canada insurance business.The AIM-listed company agreed for the next five years for its platform, Service Power Unity, which combines all of its mobile workforce management software including entitlement and work order management, schedule and route optimisation, contractor dispatch and claims management and business intelligence, to be used in managing the insurers Canadian insurance operations.
