Sciys, a supplier of bespoke software systems, has won a contract with OneWeb to deliver satellite mission-planning software based on its Pleniter product. OneWeb, a global satellite communications provider, will use the software for its satellite constellation, which is being built to become the world's largest in providing connectivity to billions of people.

Mobile advertising platform Taptica reckons its full-year adjusted EBITDA will come in at about $22.5m, significantly higher than market views and up more than 200% on the year. It said it had benefitted from significant uplift from mobile advertising and some positive seasonal trading in territories such as the US and Asia-Pacific.

Multi-media content and digital solutions provider Immedia Group confirms a three-year contract won in September is with retailer JD Sports Fashion. It said developments were underway and further details of the services provided by Immedia would be announced in due course.

Mosman Oil and Gas have entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in the Pine Mills oil field in Texas and its operating company Buccaneer Operating LLC. The oil and gas exploration company’s operations are usually focused in Australia and New Zealand.

South African diamond miner DiamondCorp announced that the second tranche of financing facility from Rasmala amounting to £300,000 is in the process of being drawn down by the company.The facility is collateralised against 5,000 carats of diamond inventory, which the group’s lace mine is expected to process by the end of the day.

Hurricane Energy confirms the spudding of the Lincoln Well, which targets targets a basement prospect geologically similar to the nearby Lancaster structure. "Seismic interpretation indicates a well-connected fault network within the Lincoln basement," the company said.
