Clean energy company ITM Power has signed a contract with Europcar UK to refuel its electric car fleet, building on its previous contract win from Hyundai Motor. The AIM-listed company has agreed to sell hydrogen fuel at £10 per kilogramme to Europcar after the rental car service was awarded a grant from the Office for Low Emission Vehicles to buy a fleet of hydrogen cars.

Inspiration Healthcare group, an AIM listed global medical device company, has announced that two of its new products will be showcased for the first time at MEDICA, the world’s leading trade fair for the medical industry in Düsseldorf between 14-17 November 2016. The two products are Inspire rPAP a unique resuscitation and stabilisation system and an enhanced version of the LifeStart neonatal resuscitation unit.

AIM-listed Sterling Energy said it had posted a third quarter loss before interest, tax, depreciation and exploration expense of $0.9m compared with a $2.1m loss a year earlier. Revenue was slightly higher at $1.5m compared with $1.4m in 2015.

21st Century Technology, which provides IT solutions to the transport sector, has won a £1m, five year contract from OFJ Connections Gatwick Airport to provide integrated real-time passenger information and connected bus systems. The contract, which is due to start in the first half of 2017, will see the company provide high-definition CCTV, wi-fi, passenger information and media displays, automatic passenger counting and telematics solutions to OFJ's fleet of vehicles operating public and staff transit between car parks and the two airport terminals.

Hutchison China MediTech presented data from a recent Phase I, first-in-human, dose escalating study of the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single and multiple doses of HMPL-523 on Monday, to the Annual Meeting of the American College of Rheumatology/Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals, being held in Washington DC. The AIM-traded firm’s presentation included additional data on HMPL-523, a highly selective, potent and orally available inhibitor of Spleen Tyrosine Kinase (Syk).

Brazil-focused gold mining and development company Serabi Gold reported record gold production for the third quarter of 2016, and cash costs of production for the year to date of $772 per ounce on Monday.The AIM and TSX traded firm reported revenue of $16.21m for the three months to 30 September, almost double the $8.37m posted at the same time last year, with the cost of sales reaching $10.22m compared to $6.30m.
