Oil and gas investor Sirius Petroleum has signed a well management contract with Add Energy Group, for a multi-well campaign as part of an offshore development in Nigeria. Sirius will drill, complete, and produce wells as part of the contract, which which will start in the first half of 2017.

AIM-listed game developer Frontier Developments has released its second self-published franchise on Thursday. The new franchise, Planet Coaster, builds on the company's experience with rollercoaster park simulation games, as it previously released a game in the genre, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, which is still selling today after three decades since first release.

Although its full year results are likely to beat market expectations, shares in Cape have fallen to their lowest in seven and a half years as the industrial services group warned of "increased risk" of adverse impact from industrial disease litigation claims over its old asbestos factory. The company, which in 2006 set up a scheme to pay out compensation to workers who have suffered from asbestos related diseases connected with its asbestos factory in Barking, said it remained confident that the merits of its legal defence were persuasive and that no new financial provision was currently required.

African agricultural company Agriterra announced its audited final results for the year to 31 May on Friday, with a group loss for the year from continuing operations - which excludes the results of the discontinued cocoa operations - of $7.68m, down from $8.21m. The AIM-traded firm said excluding non-recurring impairments recorded against property, plant and equipment in the Beef division of $3.07m, the loss decreased by 44% to $4.61m.

Developer of the Fruitflow heart-health functional food product, Provexis, announced on Friday that the company's alliance partner for Fruitflow, DSM Nutritional Products, has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement for Fruitflow with BY-HEALTH Co, a substantial listed Chinese dietary supplement business. The AIM-traded firm said the strategic collaboration agreement between DSM and BY-HEALTH will focus on the development of new products that contribute to cardiovascular health, to include the establishment of relevant evaluation and testing procedures to accord with Chinese technical and regulatory standards.

Oil and gas explorer President Energy said it expects to receive about $55 per barrel of oil sold in Argentina until the end of 2016, with a price drop "probable" next year.The Argentinian government has said it intends to match local international prices of oil, "whilst it is quite probable" that this will happen in 2017.
