Metal Tiger (MTR), an AIM listed investor in strategic natural resource opportunities has secured 10 license extensions and acquired two new concessions for its joint venture (JV) project with MOD Resources in the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana. AIM-listed supplier of information management software Ideagen announced the acquisition of software company IPI Solutions for £5.54m. Ideagen said the deal – which is expected to be immediately earnings enhancing – is in line with its strategy of acquiring complementary businesses with strong IP and recurring revenues.

Real estate investment trust AEW UK posted its unaudited interim report and financial statements for the six months to 31 October on Friday, with a net asset value of £118.05m and of 95.47p per share as at period end.The AIM-traded firm posted operating profit before investment property and investment revaluations of £4.99m, and unadjusted profit before tax of £0.49m - or 0.42p per share - for the period.

Gold exploration company Condor Gold announced on Friday that it has reached terms of a settlement with B2Gold Corporation and Royal Gold over a disputed net smelter return royalty (NSR) over part of Condor's flagship La India Project in Nicaragua.The AIM-traded firm also confirmed it is acquiring from B2Gold around 3,508 hectares of land surface rights which cover the area of the estimated mineral resource and reserves and the proposed mine site infrastructure.
