Since publication of the Notice of AGM on 6 December 2024, the Board has decided that the requirement/option to issue deferred shares is no longer required at this time, and therefore the decision has been taken to withdraw the related resolutions; Resolution 12, titled "Directors' authority to subdivide Ordinary shares", and Resolution 13, titled "Approve the terms of the Deferred Shares", which proposed a Capital Reorganisation.
