Result of Annual General Meeting
Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company to focus on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that all resolutions, except for resolutions 12 and 13 which were withdrawn, put to shareholders were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today.
Resolutions 12 and 13, which related to the subdivision of the Ordinary shares and creation of a new class of deferred shares, were withdrawn ahead of the meeting.
