Notice of Full Year Trading Update, Change of Registered Office
and Change of Name of Nominated Adviser
Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading specialist bathroom retailer, will announce a trading update for the year to 30 September 2024 on 15 October 2024.
The Company's registered office, along with all other companies in the Victorian Plumbing Group, has changed with effect from today to: 1 Sustainability Way, Farington Moss, Leyland, PR26 6TB.
The Company also announces that, as a consequence of an internal reorganisation within the Houlihan Lokey group of companies, the Company has changed its Nominated Adviser from Houlihan Lokey Advisory Limited to Houlihan Lokey UK Limited.
