Change of Name and TIDM
URA Holdings Plc announces its immediate change of name to Gem Resources Plc (new ticker: GEMR).
Companies House issued a change of name certificate today, on 30 September 2024, and the legal entity name change marks the completion of the Company's rebranding to Gem Resources Plc, which reflects the Company's focus on gemstone mining and exploration.

The Financial Conduct Authority and London Stock Exchange has been notified of the name change and trading in the Company's shares as Gem Resources is expected to commence at 8.00am on 1 October 2024. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
Shareholder's rights are unaffected by the change. Existing share certificates remain valid and should be retained.
