Change of Name to Fonix plc
The Company confirms that it has changed its name to Fonix plc.
It is expected that the change of name will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8:00a.m. tomorrow. The Company's TIDM will remain as "FNX". The Company's current ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same. Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Fonix plc.
