Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) announces that it has agreed the allotment and issue of 31,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each for cash for a total consideration of £46,500.
Application will be made for the 31,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of 755,905,989 ordinary shares. This figure of 755,905,989 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
