Update on potential disposal of Bush & Co.

Further to the announcement on 24 September 2024, the Board of NAHL (AIM: NAH) confirms that it has had discussions with a wide variety of potential buyers for Bush & Co., the Group's Critical Care business, and discussions with final bidders are progressing. The Board is seeking to conclude the process as soon as possible and will update shareholders as appropriate.
