The Company was notified on 16 May 2024 that, the below noted individuals, each a PDMR of the Company, as detailed in the forms at the end of this announcement, received an amount of Ordinary Shares in the Company from Apax Guernsey (Holdco) PCC Limited, free of consideration, as follows:
