AIM Rule 17 Disclosures
In addition, the Group today announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On 1 February 2021, the Group announced that Andy Kelly joined the Tracsis Board. In addition to the information in that announcement, Mr. Kelly had also served as a director of Camera Dynamics SARL until 31 December 2020.
On 29 September 2021, the Group announced that Dr. James Routh joined the Tracsis Board. In addition to the information in that announcement, Dr. Routh was (and remains) a director of ABD Solutions Ltd, DRI Advanced Test Systems Inc, Vadotech Servicios Tecnicos SL and Vadotech Korea Ltd.

In North America our clients include Class 1 rail freight companies, transit operators, shortline railroads and several large rail served ports and industrials.
· The business drives growth both organically and through acquisition and has made seventeen acquisitions since 2008.
