The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new-build family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), has been informed that Karima Fahmy, Non-executive Director of the Company, has stepped down as a non-executive director of Balanced Commercial Property Trust Limited ("BCPT") with effect from today. This follows the Royal Court of Guernsey sanctioning the scheme of arrangement earlier today with respect to the acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of BCPT by Starlight Bidco Limited.
This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.9R.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
