Aviva plc announces that Thomas Neil Morrison was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Aviva plc on 17 June 2024.
Neil will become a member of the Aviva plc Nomination and Governance, and Risk Committees.
Neil brings over 38 years' experience in the Canadian insurance industry to the Board, most recently as a Managing Partner and Chair of Platform Insurance Management Inc., one of Canada's fastest growing insurance brokers and formerly executive roles with Hub International Limited (US, Canada, Brazil & Caribbean). Neil is also Chair of BOXX Insurance Inc., a Canadian-based international cyber security, prevention, and insurance provider.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules (LR), there is no further information to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R(1) to LR 9.6.13R(6) in respect of Neil Morrison.
