Total Voting Rights
In accordance with section 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), the Group hereby notifies the market of the following:
The Group's issued capital as on 31 May 2024, consists of 319,899,466 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brickability as on 31 May 2024 is 319,899,466.
Shareholders may use the figure of 319,899,466 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Brickability under the DTRs.
