DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company pioneering sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements to electric mobility and energy storage, announces in compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 11,901,318,287 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in issue. The Company holds 357,142 shares in treasury.
The total voting rights figure is therefore 11,900,961,145 and can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
