Boku makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
As of 31 October 2024, the total number of Common Shares of $0.0001 each of the Company in issue is 303,063,613. There are 2,578,514 shares held in Treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Boku is 300,485,099.
The above figure of 300,485,099 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
