Change of Accounting Reference Date
Vox Valor (LSE: VOX) announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 December to 31 May with immediate effect. Accordingly, the Company's next audited financial statements will be prepared for the 17-month period ending 31 May 2025 and will be required to be released by 31 August 2025.
In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company will issue a set of unaudited interim financials covering the 12-month period to 31 December 2024, on or before 31 March 2025.
Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its unaudited interim results for the 6 months ending 30 November by 28 February, and its audited financial statements for 12 months ending 31 May by 30 September, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Directors have implemented this change to match the accounting reference date of its operating subsidiaries in order to facilitate the efficient preparation of the group accounts.
