APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that, at its 8^th annual general meeting held on 16 December 2024, all resolutions were duly passed.

Resolution 1 & 2 were passed with 79.23% of votes and Resolution 3 was passed with 91.96% of votes. Resolution 4 was passed with 70.32% of votes and Resolution 5, 6 & 7 were passed with 57.59% of votes.

The board and company will look to engage with shareholders over the coming weeks and months to understand the rationale for voting against the resolutions 1& 4-7. The company's key focus is to continue to value add and provide significant growth to the shareholders and all decisions are made with this in mind. The company will continue to engage with shareholders and ensure their views are taken onboard wherever practical.
