Further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 12 June 2024, Diales announces that yesterday, it purchased a total of 50,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 27.00p pence per share through Singer Capital Markets. The ordinary shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 53,962,868, of which 1,219,536 shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary shares carrying voting rights is 52,743,332. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
