TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

ITV plc ("ITV" or the "Company") today announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2024 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to the share buyback programme announced by ITV on 7 March 2024:

ITV intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 120,479,277 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 3,793,397,736 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,793,397,736 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITV under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Since the commencement of the share buyback programme announced on 7 March 2024, the Company has repurchased 267,511,458 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 73.19 pence per share.
