The contract will see 1Spatial build upon existing software to take LPS to the full 1Spatial Management Suite (1SMS), securing and increasing future recurring revenues for the group.
1SMS will support LPS in maintaining the accuracy of its data by providing an automated workflow to allow users to identify an area of interest, extract the data to undertake updates and, once edited, automatically validate the changes before submitting the data back to the central database.
In addition, the automatic data management provided by 1Spatial Management Suite provides effective orchestration and organisation across LPS's data estate that will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely data to customers. The services will enable LPS to integrate their systems and support innovation within their products and services over the next 5-10 years.
Chief executive officer Claire Milverton said: "We have a strong reputation in government and land management and are delighted to build upon this by announcing this exciting contract win with Land & Property Services. This win is testament to our approach of placing our teams at the heart of clients to support their ambitions and optimise the value they receive from our high quality software and solutions.
"We have worked with LPS for over 15 years and are delighted to continue and extend this partnership for a further 10 years to support their innovation and growth plans."
