The AIM-traded remote gaming operator said that the dividend would be paid on 16 March, to all shareholders on the register on 19 February 2016.
It followed the company's post-close trading update on 21 January, in which 32Red reported record revenue performance in 2015.
"This outcome was underpinned by strong organic growth, as well as the now-completed successful integration of Roxy Palace, acquired in July 2015," the company's board said in a statement.
"As previously indicated, the strong performance has resulted in the board anticipating reporting EBITDA for 2015 slightly ahead of expectations," it added.
The special dividend was in addition to the final dividend, which was to be declared at the same time as 32Red's preliminary results on 10 March.
