Accesso names John Guilfoy as chief operating officer
Technology solutions firm Accesso Technology appointed former TravelClick executive John Guilfoy to its board as chief operating officer on Friday.

Guilfoy will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Accesso, driving sales and leading the development of the group's new product portfolio.
Prior to joining Accesso, Guilfoy served in various senior executive roles at TravelClick, an eCommerce software-as-a-solution provider to hotels, which was eventually acquired by Amadeus for $1.5bn.
He was also general manager of global SaaS outfit EZYield, which was acquired by TravelClick.
Chief executive Paul Noland said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to welcome John to Accesso. John's vast experience and expertise in operations, combined with technology expertise, made him the outstanding candidate for the role."
Guilfoy added: "I'm thrilled to join this team and to have to opportunity to utilise my experience from the travel and technology sectors to help Accesso continue its global growth."
As of 0900 BST, Accesso shares had picked up 1.90% to 805p.
