Blancco Technology chairman Rob Woodward to step down
AIM-listed Blancco Technology said on Tuesday that Rob Woodward will step down as chairman and from the board around the time of the company's full-year results in October.

Blancco said the process of appointing a new chairman, which will be led by senior independent director Philip Rogerson, will now get underway.
Rogerson said: "Rob has contributed a great deal to Blancco and I would like to thank him for his professionalism, clear stewardship and counsel. The Board regretfully respects Rob's decision to step down and he will leave with our best wishes.
"We remain confident in Blancco's prospects. It is a market-leading business with considerable opportunities for continued growth."
At 0911 BST, the shares were down 4.3% to 178p.
