All Media owns a number of websites, including Sidereel.com, Allmusic.com, Allmovie.com and Celebified.com, both through desktop and mobile.
Blinkx said that deal represents an "important step forward in the company's strategy to build a complete digital advertising platform for brand-safe, cross-screen advertising at scale".
Brian Mukherjee, Blinkx's chief executive, said: "All Media adds established digital properties to our portfolio […] As the industry evolves, direct engagement with consumers at scale is critical, since such relationships enable us to deeply understand consumer requirements and extrapolate these to better segment, target and certify our distributed supply sources."
