The AIM-traded firm said its integrated product suite, deployed as a private cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, had replaced three independent systems with operations now successfully migrated onto the single Cerillion platform.
It said Enterprise BSS was providing an end-to-end solution, with the capacity and capability to service Neos Networks' wholesale, enterprise and public sector customers.
The board said the single platform allowed for “streamlined” sales, end-to-end order integrity and real-time visibility of key performance indicators.
It was also integrated with Neos Networks' ‘Livequote’ portal to automate the entire sales and fulfilment processes, and ensure a seamless digital experience for Neos Networks' customers.
“In B2B telecoms it is often seen as being too difficult to automate the sales and fulfilment processes due to the complexity of services on offer,” said chief executive officer Louis Hall.
“However, Neos Networks has shown that delivering a digital customer experience can be done.
“We are delighted to have helped them with this pioneering transformational project, which showcases perfectly the benefits of working with our pre-integrated BSS suite.”
At 0945 GMT, shares in Cerillion were down 0.83% at 1,081p.
