The contract covers the supply and installation of Cerillion's Enterprise Business Support System/Operations Support System, as well as managed service operations and ongoing support and maintenance of the solution. The system is a comprehensive and fully integrated billing, charging and customer management solution, suitable for fixed, mobile, broadband and TV services.
The contract, which is one of a number of "major" agreements signed in Europe over the last 12 months, starts immediately, with implementation expected to complete in early 2019.
Chief executive officer Louis Hall said: "We are delighted to have secured this major new contract in Europe after a stringent and competitive tender process. We are engaging with an increasing number of opportunities in the European market, helped in part by our higher profile as reflected in recent market analysis.
"The replacement of a number of legacy systems, each on different operating platforms, with one, convergent, end-to-end solution, will provide our new customer with significantly more flexibility in responding to competitive pressures within its market, and will enable significant operational and cost efficiencies."
