Christie scoops up director 'steeped' in financial services
Leisure, retail and care market services firm Christie Group announced on Friday that Victoria Muir has been appointed as an independent non-executive director effective 14 May.

Muir has over 20 years of experience in financial services, specialising in asset management and inter-dealer broking, and has worked with a wide range of products, services and assets.
She has held a number of executive positions, most notably with Royal London Asset Management Ltd and some of its partner companies, before pursuing a career as a non-executive director.
The newcomer also currently holds a number of non-executive directorships, including Invesco Perpetual Select Trust plc, Sterling ISA Managers Ltd and Premier Global Infrastructure Trust.
Furthermore, Muir is a chartered director and a fellow of the Institute of Directors and an FCA approved person.
David Rugg, chairman and chief executive of Christie Group, said Muir was "steeped in the provision of financial services and asset management" and an experienced non-executive.
As of 1027 BST, Christie’s shares were unchanged at 133p.
