Dillistone said its Ikiru People subsidiary's award represented the group's largest new contract win since the restructuring of the business in January 2020.
The AIM-listed group said the initial contract was for two years and would its Infinity product replace three legacy recruitment software applications developed by competitors.
Dillistone highlighted that the contract supported internal beliefs that it will continue to see an "improved performance" in 2022.
Chief executive Jason Starr said: "Throughout the pandemic, the group has continued to invest in its range of recruitment technology products.
"We believe that this notable contract win, displacing a number of direct competitors, provides further evidence that our strategy of innovation in technology is the correct strategy for both Dillistone and its clients."
As of 1235 GMT, Dillistone shares were up 8.42% at 20.60p.
