Crabb has left with immediate effect to spend more time on his other business interests, Feedback said. He joined in February and overhauled the company’s strategy in April – a change he said would unify his team and improve business performance.
AIM-listed Feedback's shares fell 15% to 2p at 11:23 BST.
Feedback said Crabb had simplified the company, putting it in a stronger position to grow by striking partnerships with bigger pharmaceutical companies. He joined after the company experienced delays in its business. Feedback had hoped his experience would bring managerial discipline to the company.
Chairman Alastair Riddell will run Feedback until the board finds a new chief executive. Riddell thanked Crabb and wished him well for the future.
Crabb said: "It has been a pleasure to contribute to the direction of the company and I wish the team the best for the future."
