The launch of Novation Launchpad Pro, a grid instrument, and the Clarett range of Thunderbolt interfaces during the period helped the company to grow its audio interface market.
Focusrite won The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For for the second year.
Chief executive Dave Froker said it is "very satisfying to see the conditions we endeavour to create for them [employees] to thrive and succeed being recognised again in this prestigious poll".
The company added that its Rednet product continues to perform strongly with the musician Usher touring in the UK supported by a 25-unit Rednet interface system.
Froker also said: "It has been a busy and exciting start to the year for us, with two major product launches dominating the focus of our activity.
"The Clarett range and the Launchpad Pro are amazing products that we are excited to be adding to our already formidable suite across both the Focusrite and Novation brands."
