Jackie is a talented, well respected senior executive who will bring extensive consumer-facing and technology experience to the role of non-executive director."
Bolingbroke said Ronson will use her experience in consumer-facing industries to shape the businesses investment-led modernisation strategy.
Alongside Ronson’s appointment, the company announced that Scott Lloyd has notified the board of his resignation as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect in order to join the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) as chief executive.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Scott for his contribution and counsel during his time with Goals and I wish him every success in his full-time executive role at the LTA," said Bolingbroke.
