Solomon, who took on the role of COO back in 2014, advised the e-learning services and technologies provider that he will leave the group on 16 November as he and his family would be relocating overseas.
Most recently, Solomon has been in charge of the integration of PeopleFluent, LTG's integrated talent management solution - something the firm expects to have been concluded before his departure.
LTG said that over the coming months, oversight responsibility for all group central support functions will transfer to director of operations, Nick Bowyer.
LTG chairman Andrew Brode, said: "I would like to thank Dale for his contribution to LTG's growth and evolution as chief operating officer and as a member of the board."
"LTG is fortunate to have strength in depth among its senior management team, and the changes announced today provide opportunities for our talent to flourish," added Brode.
As of 1200 BST, LTG shares had ticked up 1.69% to 120p.
