Mattioli Woods taps David Kiddie for chairman
Wealth and asset manager Mattioli Woods named David Kiddie as chairman on Friday, succeeding Joanne Lake no later than 21 January 2022.

Kiddie joined Mattioli Woods' board as a non-executive director in January 2021 and has over 35 years' experience in asset management and investment oversight across different asset classes, having held a number of senior roles at BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK, AMP Capital Investors, ABN AMRO Asset Management and Rothschild Asset Management.
Lake will remain with the group until the conclusion of the handover period and receipt of regulatory approval.
Chief executive Ian Mattioli said: "The board welcomes David to the chairman role and believes that having worked with him closely over recent months he, along with the other recent appointments, creates a board with the skills, experience and capabilities to enter the next phase of the group's development and to deliver our ambitious strategic plan."
As of 0925 BST, Mattioli Woods shares were untraded at 815.0p.
